Wish Nights Lasted Forever

1:19 AM.

It's like 3:00 PM vibes for me and I don't even know why. The job interview I had today is still in my mind, I think I messed up and that reallyyyyyy bothers me. At least Starbucks is always there to console me (YAS).

At least there's only about a week of summer school left, doesn't really matter because I have no summer plans anyways.... why. Guess I should catch up on sleep during summer, can't be looking like death on the first day of school.

I love rambling on this blog tbh.

With Henry Krinkle  blasting in the background, it's a sure distraction to keep me from the shut-eye. 4:00 AM record? Probably. I don't know how I have the energy I have from such little sleep.

Fall is already in my mind. I can't wait until September. No more bus-passless days, and unproductive days that probably consist of me baking endlessly and then sleeping. And tbh, I honestly just can't wait to graduate high school and leave (..hopefully I'll have a job by then). It's all I've been waiting for since 9th gradeee

Writer's Block has hit, so sayonara for now.

The "I'd Rather Be High But I Ain't About That Life" Playlist #3

It's 12:37 AM, not too late, but getting there and sleep doesn't sleep like a plan at the moment. One day I'll sleep early with an empty mind, not todayy lol. I live for quiet nights.

Playlist sounds like a Fall Out Boy song to be honest, anyways here's some chill songs (RATATAT is the key to everything, give em' a listen), and hope you enjoy! xo

Cruisin' the city

Ribfest! Art Gallery! Cafes! The list goes on. Yesterday was a great day to start off the coming of Summer. Ottawa seems pretty mediocre, but that's because you probably haven't explored the city (going to Rideau doesn't count).

Angelina's cafe was the hidden gem of the day. A cute cafe in Byward market, although I wasn't really interested in their drinks, the food was on point and the customer service was great. (Blueberry tart for moi)

The other Asian(Carey) had the Strawberry Cake with a latte, pretty good too.

Next, we scouted out for some cafe's. Eventually found one called Oh So Good Dessert cafe (God bless it was amazing and I almost died). Tbh no pictures were really taken, plus I finished that coconut chocolate brownie in a split second. 5/5, totally recommended.

Set off to Nepean Point ( w.e it's called), the statue near the Art Gallery. Best views of Ottawa there, so calm and barely anyone there.

Thanks for the candid, other Asian.

Finished the day off at Ribfest, settled for corn lol. But the event was fun nonetheless ( boys, boys, boys everywhere). Recommend you head out to Ottawa's biggest social event.  To sum this whole thing up, Ottawa's pretty nice and enjoyable when Winter is over.

Well I'm out xoxo

Am I cool yet?

Just when I thought I'd stop joining any more social networks, Blogger comes out of nowhere and persuades me to join (maybe this site will help with my degrading English average). I doubt I'll get any views, but hey, a new day means new things. Dazed and confused most of the time, I still try to balance the crazy school schedule (where's my 90 average?), a social life, and athletics. As most of you would relate to.Living in the capital isn't as hype as it seems, but hidden gems and spectacular no one-goes-to lookouts make the city tolerable. I'm always on the lookout for cafes and good music, found together, I'm in heaven. Writers block has hit me,so, I'm Charmaine, your average 16 year old high schooler living in a mediocre town that's known as the capital.

xoxo
